Do You Have Full Neck Motion?

Most of my neck pain patients don’t realize their neck range of motion has become limited. Over time if you don't use your full range of motion you lose it. There are common compensation patterns I see for decreased neck range of motion. For decreased rotation range of motion people turn their whole body. If looking up has decreased, people would compensate by extending their low back.
